I just got back from seeing this movie. I highly recommend to everyone. (IMDb page)
It doesn't matter what your political affiliation is or what your feelings are towards Al Gore. This film has really nothing to do with that. It is about the environmental crisis known as global warming. It addresses it using facts and figures, scientific data, a lot of which I had never seen before or even heard about. (But don't take that to mean this film is one big boring speech of uncomprehendable figures and numbers, its not. And I didn't find it boring in the least. It's even funny at points. And Mr. Gore is a good speaker.) The documentary talks about the problem and ways we can help to fix it. To mix it up here and there, it also inserts things about Mr. Gore's personal life that motivated his reasoning for being so behind this issue. Touching things.
I highly suggest you go see this movie, and convince as many others as you possibly can to do the same.
